Prof. Stetzer Inducted Into Francis Crowe Society

On Monday, December 11, 2017, Associate Professor MacKenzie Stetzer was inducted into the College of Engineering’s Francis Crowe Society as an Honorary Engineer for his efforts in the Engineering Physics program and for his interdisciplinary research on the learning and teaching of analog electronics and laboratory instruction in physics and engineering.

The purpose of the Francis Crowe Society is to recognize UMaine engineering graduates as they accomplish the formidable goal of completing their engineering degrees and to recognize others who have made considerable engineering contributions and honored the profession.  Several engineering faculty, Naval ROTC officers, and graduating Master’s and PhD candidates were also inducted.
